Hales Group Norwich are pleased to be working with a local industry-leading facilities, maintenance and repairs specialist.

You will be working in social housing and ensuring that all properties are repaired, adapted & refurbished to a very high standard.

The successful Electrician will be working around Norfolk/ Suffolk including areas such as Thetford, Ely, Newmarket & Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities

To be responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all electrical duties, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.
To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively maintaining our company 'Right First Time 'approach towards our customers.
To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Providing out of hours support on a rota-based system.
Testing and inspection of domestic dwellings, fault finding and repair, reactive maintenance, storage heaters, immersions, street lighting, door entry systems, re-wires.
Completion of all NICEIC paperwork.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Full UK Driving License.
17th Edition qualified (18th Edition desirable).
2391 testing & Inspection.
JIB graded approved Electrician (desirable).
Current CSCS card.
Asbestos Awareness (CAT A)
