About our Client
Manufactures and distributes fire detection and alarm systems for commercial, residential and multi residential complexes. They have an international client base with a strong hold on the industry as a whole.
About the Role
• Responsible for Technical support of fire alarms to end users and engineers • 50% office based for technical support over the phone • Demonstrations of systems • Happy to help on specific jobs if needed.
About the Candidate
• Experience working on the tools as a Fire engineer • Prior experience of working with public sector clients would be useful • Must have electrical/FIA knowledge/qualification • Able to present themselves over the phone and face to face to clients • confident and approachable character
