Telecoms Streetworks Agent, Worcestershire - Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field & Streetworks Agent. We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience within a telecom's or utilities environment.
You'll be working in a part of telent that is dedicated to transforming the way support is delivered nationwide to Openreach and other external network providers. You'll receive formal training. - and on-the-job training where appropriate - to ensure you're up-skilled as technology develops along with E-learning schemes to help or refresh skills on-line

You will liaise with local authorities within the region and the production team to ensure Streetworks Compliance in all areas of Streetworks. The role requires direct interface with Highway Authorities, Client and Supply chain as a Technical Streetworks expert and will contribute to Company Policies and processes relating to Streetworks Compliance and Legislative matters. Consistently work to improve performance and safety within Streetworks and minimise risk whilst improving relationships.
Work with the OpenReach Streetworks team to ensure compliance and support delivery and performance in the region.
Compiling compliance reports, improvement plans with the wider Streetworks team and supply chain to enhance delivery and compliance.
HSE compliance reports to engage with supply chain, Highway Authorities and Client to improve performance through communication, support, training and coaching.
Monitor and support defect holding and clearance in the regions.
Work with the Quality team and Lead assessors to support prevention of defects.Business Operations Skills - Experience:
Workflow analysis and planning.
Process development and improvement.
Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:
NRSWA Supervisor qualified (Units 10-16).
Expertise for NRSWA, TMA, and/or Chapter 8, Reinstatement, Site management.
Customer relationship management.
Sector knowledge of highways or utilities.
