Welder / Fabricators (MIG & Stick)

Location: Hedon, Hull, Bilton, Hessle, Ottringham, Halsham, Nationwide

Basic Rate: £12.00 per hour (PAYE, LTD rates also available) + Saturday hours available + Overtime of time 1/2 after 40 hrs + ongoing contract (initially 3 months)

The Role:-

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Welders / Fabricators (MIG and Stick) to join a new exciting project based near Hull.

This role is offered on a long-term contract basis with the opportunity to go perm or keep rolling contracts.

You will be working in a manufacturing / workshop environment undertaking welding and the assembly of steel structures. You will be working on anything from 1.6mm to 15mm Steel as well as fabricating thin boxes and jigs & stillages

Core Skills & Experience
It is essential that you have experience of welding of MIG and stick,
Be able to work to read engineering drawings
Be confident using a range of hand tools
Have knowledge and practical understanding of health and safety processes
A flexible attitude towards working hours as overtime may be required
Must be Apprenticeship qualified with a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline or time served
