Job Details
We are looking to recruit Carers (Health Care Assistants) on a Nights basis to join our established team in Milton Keynes. As a Carer, you will take on the role of providing care for our residents in accordance with their individual care plans, under the guidance and supervision of the Nurse in Charge and Senior Health Care Assistants.
You will be responsible for supporting residents in their daily activities, assisting residents with meals and helping resident to feel clean and comfortable. This is a rewarding career with opportunities for progression for those who are willing to work hard and undertake the relevant qualifications. With 25 beds, Bluebirds supports adults with degenerative neurological conditions at all stages in the disease process. Early onset conditions affecting adults in their 30's-50's is a core focus, but residents are supported from throughout the spectrum of presentations to later onset and end of life care. Residents have complex neurological conditions with mixed health conditions.
