We're excited to be recruiting for a History Teacher vacancy on behalf of an Ofsted Good school in Brentwood on a full-time basis to start in February 2021. This will be a fixed maternity cover until July 2021.
If you're a dynamic, creative Humanities teacher with experience teaching History up to A-Level we'd love to hear from you!
About the role
If successful, you'll be joining a school full of teachers who are dedicated to improving the attainment and progress of their students. The school is extremely well-facilitated, with a well-resourced Humanities department. You will be predominantly classroom-based, teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5 curriculum. There is also an opportunity to teach KS5 Politics on the timetable.
You will be joining a school that has a great reputation in the local community. They have recently had an Ofsted inspection and were awarded Good overall.
NQT's are welcome to apply, the school offers an inspiring NQT induction programme and continued professional development throughout your teaching career.
