JOB TITLE: IT Business Manager
LOCATION: From home / Based in the office in Lewes when safe to return
PAY RATE: Up to £425 per day Umbrella (PAYE equivalents available)
DURATION: 3 months contract initially
IR35 STATUS: Inside

The Sussex Our Connected Programme, under the Sussex Health and Care Partnership is looking to recruit an experienced Business Manager to oversee the administrative operations of the Our Care Connected programme to enable the delivery of the strategic objectives for Share Care Records.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide organisational, administrative and business support to the Our Care Connected Programme and to lead the team of project support who provide support to each of the programme's capability owners.

We are looking for a candidate with experience as a Business Assistant, ideally having worked in a large organisation, managing the core business processes for Information Governance, Human Resources and Finance plus coordinating a number of busy schedules through efficient diary and in-box management as well as experience of line managing a team.

The successful post applicant must have the following skills/expertise:

Excellent management experience, communication, administrative and organisational skills;
The ability to develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders in a wide range of roles and settings;
Experience of working with multi-disciplinary groups is essential as will the ability to communicate and manage the day to day requirements of a large digital programme;
The ability to tailor information and communications to meet the needs of the recipient; being adaptable and flexible in communication style;
Able to respond to what is happening in the moment and whilst keeping a cool, calm and focused head on;
The ability to keep abreast of changing requirements and priorities and embed them rapidly into working practices;
Proficient in MS Office solutions including MS Teams;
Ability to adapt to, and learn new systems quickly;
Desirable - experience working on projects managed within Azure DevOps.
