REF 21670 - ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SERVICES (HEALTH CARE LEAD) - SPECIALIST LEARNING DISABILITIES CHARITY - £50K BASE SALARY + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS - UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A LEADING CHARITABLE PROVIDER - LONDON
Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a unique and well-established charitable provider that delivers a range of services to individuals with a Learning Disability across London. This innovative provider delivers a range of services including Supported Living and Domiciliary Care as well as services for Children and Young People.
This provider is seeking to add an Assistant Director of Services (Health) to its experienced senior management team.
The Assistant Director in London will work with the leadership team and oversee two operational managers to deliver the highest quality of person-centred care across their operations.
The Assistant Director in London will be the lead on Health across the organisation and will take the lead role on ensuring the providers staff are fully equipped to meet the needs of the services within a social care delivery model of support.
The Assistant Director in London will ensure a culture of safety and good practice that supports the strategic plan of the organisation whilst ensuring legislative and contractual compliance.
The Assistant Director in London will ensure robust Quality Assurance and systems that are robust.
The Assistant Director in London will oversee the financial performance of their allocated services and effective people management and development to ensure this provider is the employer of choice.
The Assistant Director in London will ensure they effectively disseminate information and guidance on the best practice for Learning Disability Care and Health services and ensure this is embedded in the organisation through a culture of continuous improvement.
The Assistant Director in London will need to have experience of operational management in Health and Social Care services and have experience of supporting individuals with a Learning Disability and have experience of overseeing these services.
The Assistant Director in London will be the Health lead and will therefore need to be an RGN with active PIN and have experience of the roll out health focused initiatives.
The successful candidate will enjoy a healthy base salary of £50k per annum and a range of benefits in line with a forward-thinking supportive employer.
