1:1 SEN Support for a child in KS1 with ASC
Full Time Position - Start Date TBC
Competitive Rates of pay dependant on experience
A client school in Bolton are seeking a full time Teaching Assistant to join their SEN Support team on a full time basis. The head teacher and governors at the school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has a compassionate attitude towards supporting learning and has recent and relevant experience supporting children with similar needs.
The successful applicant will support a child in Year 1 with severe ASC. The child frequently displays challenging behaviour so need a strong teaching assistant who is able to adjust and implement strong behaviour management strategies. The successful candidate will receive continual support from the schools SENCO and will be expected to report back the class teacher and the children's parents on progress made.
This is a full time Teaching Assistant position.

• Recent and relevant experience working in KS1
• Compassionate/flexible attitude desirable
The role is to work in an Ofsted 'Outstanding' Primary SEN School. The school is dedicated to ensuring that 'every child achieves their best' whilst creating a happy and supporting working environment for all.
