In this Hospital Manager full-time RN role, you will join six bespoke apartments for individuals to live independently. Each apartment has an en-suite, secure kitchenette, living and dining space, as well as access to a communal garden. The client has developed a wide range of services for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities within the UK. You will provide effective leadership to the service and will be a role model to your staff team, and your primary focus will be to ensure the team provides safe, sound and supportive care to the people they support.
To be eligible for this hospital management role, you must be a proven leader and have worked with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care; be a Qualified Nurse (RNLD or RMN) with current NMC Pin, and have previous management experience.
