We have an opportunity for IT Support/ IT helpdesk/ 1st line support to work within a well-established organisation. They are offering remote work the majority of the time with a day or two a week in the office. This is a 6 month contract, Monday - Friday with a salary of £21,000 - £24,000 pro rata.
You will be a customer focused individual with a technical background and confident conversing in Welsh and English.
The successful IT Support/ IT help desk/ 1st Line Support will be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for the IT helpdesk
Providing remote support to users
Hardware support to include troubleshooting tablets, mobile and laptops
Software installation and upgrades
Working to agreed time-scales
To be considered for the IT Support/ IT helpdesk/ 1st line Support you will need
prior experience working in a similar IT help desk role
Excellent customer services skills
The ability to converse in Welsh and English
Experience of working in a Microsoft driven environment
