Tutor / Assessor - Construction Level 1 & 2
Search is currently recruiting for a highly regarded Training Provider. As a result of growth we are now looking for experienced Assessors/Markers in Construction Training Programmes.
The position of the Construction Tutor is Freelance and you will be paid on an hourly rate of £20/£25 per hour.
The Tutor will be supporting the delivery of training programmes which are up to level 2 in Construction Programmes and Employability.
Key Responsibilities of the Construction Assessor:
Support the delivery of inspiring training and coaching sessions to groups and individual learners in Construction Programmes which include the CSCS Certificate.
Actively support, mentor and motivate learners across the learner journey to help them with the timely completion of their learning aims and qualification.
Contact will be all online and will include delivery sessions through Microsoft Teams and Virtual Learning platforms.
Observe, mark and assess and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
Provide insightful, constructive and informative feedback to help the learner maximize their potential.
Proactively monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
Take responsibility for general health and safety, Equality and Diversity, Data Protection and Safeguarding Skills
Qualifications and Experience Required for the Construction and Employability Tutor:
A Qualified Assessor with industry specific experience in Construction Sector.
Must hold a recognised teaching qual.
Able to deliver blended classroom and remote training courses up to level 2.
