The successful Office Manager will utilise their experience to take on this demanding and hands-on role. Overseeing the day to day running of the office with focus on all aspects of compliance and SRA rules, you will ensure the continued delivery of outstanding client services. Full training will be provided for this position so previous legal experience whilst advantageous is not essential. It is, however.
Responsibilities • SRA and other regulatory compliance • Dealing with regulatory matters • Providing training • Managing quality mark accreditations • Implementing compliance policies • Ensuring the renewal of fee earners practising certificates • Liaising with internal and external professionals
The Candidate • An office manager with self-starting attributes - often be a stand-alone role • Demonstrates solid management and/or supervisory experience • Prior knowledge of SRA rules is highly advantageous • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels • Able to manage a demanding and diverse workload, encompassing all aspects of office management
