You will be working as a claims handler, where you will provide overall claims support to the broking teams and ensure timely, compliant, and effective client and insurer administration.

You will keep clients fully informed in the process of their claims delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Location - Hemel Hempstead

Salary - £25,000 - £35,000

Ideally, you will already have experience across multiple lines and different sectors (property, casualty, commercial, motor classes). You will also be Cert CII qualified or similar. Any experience of Acturis would be an advantage.
