My client is a leader in their field and are seeking a Bonus and Commissions specialist to join the business on a temporary basis. In this role you will be responsible for supporting with collating and reviewing KPI's and sales targets and calculating and communicating results. To be considered for this role you must have experience in a similar role.

The role involves:

Manage data collection process for all colleagues within the business, ensuring that all data is entered correctly
Review and analyse the quality of objectives being set and liaising with management across the business
Work to strict deadlines to ensure payments are submitted to payroll on time for processing
Communicate Targets and Comp Statements in a timely manner
Manage and respond to queries promptly and professionally

To be considered you will:

Have strong excel skills - including handling large data sets, macros, V-Look ups and Pivot Tables
Experience in an analytical role
Experience using a commission or bonus software
High attention to detail & highly organised
Great communicator and relationship builder
Hard-working and pro-active approach
