ICS Security Manager
Would you like to be part of the Digital Connected Enterprise Vision within Land UK? We currently have a vacancy for an Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security Manager based out of any of our Land UK sites within the UK (Glascoed, Radway Green or Washington).
As an ICS Security Manager, reporting to the IM&T Strategy and Architecture Lead, you will be working closely with the site industrial control system and manufacturing engineers to provide security input, advice and assurance to ensure that security is embedded within the businesses manufacturing facilities and processes.
This role will provide you with the ability to act as the single subject matter expert in relation to operational technology security for the whole of the Land UK business. You will liaise with the wider business units building relationships with the security community within Enterprise IT Services, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Group Maritime/Land Sector and other business units.
Your main responsibilities as an ICS Security Manager will involve:
ICS Security Assurance including attainment of required accreditations, leading relevant internal and external audit activities and resulting improvement actions.
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of the ICS portfolio register against which manage security compliance assessments, record deficiencies, identify and manage remediation where required.
Identifying and recording risks associated with ICS Security, assessing impact, probability and recommending mitigations where the level of risk is unacceptable.
Managing ICS Security incidents in accordance with BAE Systems processes.
Supporting ICS investment project planning by provision of expert knowledge regarding ICS architectural designs including recommended security controls and ensuring that specifications and designs comply with the BAE Systems security policy and standards and HMG security policy and standards where applicable.
Ensuring relevant process documentation is in place and where relevant undertaking assessments of compliance.
Maintaining awareness of the changing ICS Security threat and recognised best practice both across BAES and external sources, using this to reviewing ICS architecture designs and provided input and advice on security including recommendations for new or enhanced technologies to meet security requirements.
Travel will be required between sites dependant on the focus of activity.
Your skills and qualifications:
Demonstrative knowledge and experience of ICS Security including Information Security and Risk Management
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area network, etc) and associated security controls.
Industry recognised Information Security Certifications e.g. CISSP, CISM

Salary: Up to £44,500 per annum
