Are you a numbers and systems orientated individual with a background in either social care, education, healthcare or local authority? Would you like a part time role in an exciting organisation which prides itself on it's people rather than profit centred approach? Would you like a role which positively impacts young people or vulnerable adults?
Our client, an organisation based near Gloucester with plans for further growth is looking for a Business Manager on a part time basis to start as soon as possible.
The role will be roughly 25 hours a week and the organisation is flexible as to when these hours can be done within reason. There is a strong likelihood these hours will increase up to 30 over time.
Day to day duties will be centred around financial management, however the post holder will also be responsible for HR coordination, events management, supervision of administration staff, systems management and facilities management. This is an extremely broad and varied role and there will be a lot to achieve in the hours given.

We are looking for an individual who has similar business management experience from either social care, education, healthcare or local authority. Please note candidates without this experience will not be considered.
In addition, the successful candidate will be highly organised, have a strong head for figures, demonstrate confidence but also a large degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate on the their CV they have worked in a very busy and varied role where attention to detail and management of people, be it staff or contractors, has been essential to the success of their role.
Experience of using Word and Excel to at least intermediate level is essential as is some experience of using accounting software such as Sage, Quickbooks or Xero.
