We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us to take responsibility of managing the day to day running of our Marketing Department, to include, but not limited to, performance management, time management, absence management, recruitment and selection, training and development.
Actioning the marketing strategy, you will ensure all goals are disseminated down to all employees, reviewing progress and liaising with our MD on any changes required. You'll be required to build our market presence across all products, increasing brand awareness in order to generate leads for conversion, through social media, banners, blogs, press releases, advertising, shows and exhibitions.
You will review and monitor competitor activities, ensuring our marketing stands out and remains innovative and will provide analysis for review each month. Planning SME (Search Engine Optimisation), PPC (Pay Per Click) and copywriting, you'll take responsibility for managing all relevant websites, ensuring they are updated with all new products, prices, promotions all inline with branding strategy.
With a marketing degree, or a relevant qualification (including dbase), you will have the ability to open the sales pipeline effectively and efficiently through innovate marketing, working with our strategic marketing plan. With excellent written and communication skills in the use of technical language, you will have specialised knowledge of the digital arena, up to date with advances in web technology and all social networking and viral marketing campaigns.
Above all, you will be able to handle a highly pressured environment with experience of changing campaigns quickly and efficiently, have proven managerial skills, managing a Marketing Team and will have excellent IT and Marketing software skills.
