Additional support required starting as early as possible for identified pupils starting mainstream secondary school, helping to better the engagement with education following the recent closures.
An oversubscribed secondary school are currently looking to recruit a dedicated Youth Worker to join them at the earliest opportunity to work with a group of identified pupils aged 11 to 16 who posses challenging behaviour and struggle to engage in lessons. The pupils will require support with behaviour management and reaching their full potential.

Working at a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Salford, alongside the school's SEND and pastoral department.
Earning up to £1300 a month (paid weekly)

The school is a new build with modern learning facilities.
