Clinical Lead - New role with dedicated supernumerary hours
We are looking for an NMC registered nurse with a caring nature, who is well organized and methodical, and who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. Our client is a well established operator who provides a welcoming and homely environment in their very well appointed medium sized care home.
As the Clinical Lead, your role will be to lead and ensure the delivery of all clinical protocols. You will be the clinical expert in the home
* Assisting the Home Manager in managing clinical and care staff
* Managing the development and appraisal of staff
* Overseeing day-to-day management of the clinical care within the home
*
Implement policies, procedures and work standards
*
Overseeing the day-to-day care of residents and the administration and auditing of medication
*
Planning, implementing and supervising the provision of quality care and quality care plans
* Attending meetings with internal and external stakeholder
In order for our client to consider you for this new and exciting role, you will need to be
* An NMC registered nurse
*
Experience with Care Home Nursing or in a similar environment
*
A genuine desire to work with the elderly
*
Excellent managerial and leadership abilities
*
Superb relevant and up to date clinical skills
