We are currently supporting an innovative and rapidly growing, family-run SME who are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Havant, Hampshire. As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for not only creating the strategy but also executing it and managing the workload of the in-house graphic designer. This is a role that will suit a very commercially focused marketing professional who wants to grow and flourish with a business with huge but realistic growth plans.
Key duties and responsibilities...
* Managing the marketing function, including the management of the in-house graphic designer and freelancers
* Working closely with the sales team to assist in creating sales
* Assisting with copywriting for internal and external communications
* Creating customer presentations and overseeing designs
* Arranging the direct mailing of brochures, promotional gifts and campaign materials
* Supporting with product branding updates/keeping brand consistent
* Setting up new suppliers and freelancers
* Ensuring that marketing metric goals are met and documented
* Responsible for managing external communications to increase the profitability of the brand and support the sales functiion
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes...
* B2B Marketing experience essential
* Experience within healthcare is desirable, however not essential
* Copy-writing and the ability to communicate ideas
* Computer proficient with Microsoft Office experience
* Able to accurately estimate the time a project will require
* Time management and organisational skills
* Adobe CC knowledge/basic design skills desirable
* Experience managing freelancers or flexible resource
* Digital marketing experience, including PPC, SEP and social media advertising
Hours - Mon-Fri 7am - 4.30pm / 7.30am - 5pm (flexible)
Benefits
* Salary of £35,000 - £40,000
