Job Details

We are recruiting for Higher Level Teaching Assistants who can work within schools in the mid Cornwall area.

We have recently had lots of requests for HLTAs to cover PPA, interventions and small group work - covering from EYFS to Year 6.

We are seeking applications from either qualified higher level teaching assistants or Teaching Assistants with experience covering classes.

You will be provided with an on-line diary, meaning you can manage your availability on a weekly basis. Many of our HLTA requests are longer term so it's likely that you would be offered positions within schools for an extended period of time rather than going to different schools each week. However, if you'd prefer flexible and part-time work, we can certainly facilitate that.

We are an approved partner of the National Tuition Programme so we will be receiving extensive requests from December 2020 for tutors.

If you are a HLTA or experience TA seeking additional work in schools, please contact Poppy on (phone number removed) or send a copy of your CV to (url removed)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see (url removed)/faqs for details.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
