Portsmouth
Salary: 38K - 45K
Monday to Friday: 8AM - 5PM
We're currently looking for a project manager to work across a large contract in Portsmouth.
Our client is a globally renowned FM company that offer career stability, Inhouse training and endless progression opportunities.
Job Accountabilities:
Reporting directly to Head of Projects, responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects across a large healthcare contract including Lifecycle Planned Projects, Variations and Small Works, showing at all times a strong methodical approach to project management with a good knowledge and understanding of CDM.
The ideal candidate with have experience managing projects from inception to completion, liaising with clients and ensure on time delivery of all projects.
This position is required to enable the delivery of Lifecycle planned projects, contractual small works and variations to PHT & THC.
Nominate and manage project engineers, designers, contractors & reviewers for projects where appropriate.
Ensure the highest standards of performance and conduct are always maintained.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management or a senior technical management role in Facilities/Hard FM marketplace, a background in Healthcare is highly desirable.
Electrical, Mechanical & Construction background essential.
NEBOSH/IOSH or a health & safety qualification with a strong engineering knowledge
A thorough knowledge of all aspects of Project management.
Excellent communication skills, to include pro-active communication with staff, peers, and stakeholders.
Proven ability to handle multiple project assignments.
