Engineering Team Leader with electrical bias, required to support running of business Maintenance Department

Your new role
You will lead a small team of Engineers, planning workloads, ordering parts and handling queries. This is very much a hands on role so you will be required to follow PPM schedules, maintain and service machinery, deal effectively with breakdowns and complete fault finding and rectification. You understand the importance of keeping downtime to a minimum so will plan and act accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Maintenance Team Leader within a manufacturing environment who can demonstrate excellent communication skills both with your team and other stakeholders. You are electrically biased and have the relevant certifications. You have a flexible approach, can lead from the front and enjoys complex problem solving. You are a hands on' individual who enjoys what they do and gains job satisfaction from achieving high standards.
