Day to day management of key customer accounts
Strategic planning for key accounts
Monthly analysis and reporting for clients & internal stakeholders
Arrange and conduct regular customer reviews
Utilise all internal expertise to maximise the clients experience
Improve the overall customer experience
What they will look for:
Experience of managing key/complex accounts for a cloud partner
Experience of IT, MSP or a support background
AWS experience would be desirable
Excellent documentation & attention to detail
Time and task management with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in a customer facing role
