The overall objective for the Retail Manager will be to develop a motivated, well trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver profitable retail outlets and ensure all budget targets are achieved. As the Retail Manager you will be expected to excel in the areas of operational excellence, financial performance and customer / client satisfaction to achieve company and client objectives whilst operating within company policies, procedures and guidelines.

A successful Retail Manager for Medirest needs to be able to think on their feet and have an energy about them, enabling them to motivate their team. Retail management skills with an up to date knowledge on retail food trends is an absolute must for this role as is an excellent financial understanding, you'll need to be able to read a P&L inside out and back to front! In any retail role, customer service is key so we would expect you to come to us with examples of how you have improved customer satisfaction in your previous roles.
