An experienced and motivated individual Night Care Manager is required to effectively manage a lovely service in the Loughborough area. The home is a medium service which provides residential care to people with dementia, it has an excellent reputation with the local community.

The role:
• 12 hour shifts
• Paid breaks
• 3 on 3 off (8am - 8pm)

Job Requirements for the Night Care Manager:
• Working alongside the Manager - day to day responsibility and running of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Budgets

Skills/ Qualifications for the Night Care Manager:

• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic and the ability to lead, develop and motivate staff.
