Job Details

Behaviour Support - Brighton and Hove

Prospero Teaching are recruiting across Brighton and Hove, looking to work with Behaviour Support workers who have a background in working in a support role outside of mainstream education.

We have a number of roles available for you, and can work on your behalf to offer you alternative routes in which you are able to utilise your skills and talents.

Have you previous experience working with vulnerable and hard to reach young people?

Perhaps you have worked at youth centres, or as part of the local authority and would relish the chance to work in a school based setting?

The roles we have available are on both a full and part time basis and can begin as soon as possible.

You will be working as part of the school team and will predominantly be working with learners who are falling behind where they need to be. You may be working with pupils who have some mild learning difficulties and so you will need to have the drive and determination to help them succeed.

This is a really exciting and varied role and will give you a chance to boost your own school based experience.
