Finance Admin / Bookkeeper


6 month FTC view to go perm

immediate start

Key responsibilities -
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Preparing balance sheets, management accounts and financial forecasts
  • Processing invoices
  • Being a key point of contact on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the CEO and Service Manager with projects and tasks when required
  • General Admin duties
  • developing and implementing new IT and Excel systems that supports the business
  • input and control for bookkeeping and finance systems

  • Administration & Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
