Service Desk Analyst, 3 month initial contract, £110 per day inside IR35
We are currently working with a public sector client based in Worcestershire that is looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to their existing team. This is likely to be an initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension and a day rate of £100-110 inside IR35.
The role as a service desk analyst will be the first point of contact for any IT Support issue, this means providing a high level of customer service to end users. You will work to the service desk processes in place and escalate issues when required.
You will have proven IT support experience; including troubleshooting skills, great communication and interpersonal abilities, whilst also being able to explain processes in a no technical way. You will have experience in using a ticketing system, whilst working individually and within a team.
