Global, recognisable brand looking for multiple Retail Store Managers and Supervisors. They are looking to hire staff for their new site opening in Botley, as well as in the Wantage and Farringdon store.

Client Details

My client is a global, recognisable brand looking for multiple Retail Store Managers and Supervisors. They are opening up a new store in Oxford, and require staff in the Wantage and Farringdon store also. You will manage a team of 60 - 100 staff depending on what store you work in so must have experience in managing large teams in the past. This role involves shift work Mondays - Sundays but no night shifts.

Description

Retail Store Manager responsibilities:
  • Be an ambassador for your store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Lead by example
  • Achievement of KPIs such as sales, salaries and stock loss targets
  • Take ownership for recruiting, training and managing a team of up to 60 staff
  • Responsible for performance and absence management
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety and security

Profile

To be considered for the Retail Store Manager role you must:
  • Be hardworking and reliable
  • Have the ability to lead, manage and develop others
  • Have experience of managing a team of more than 10
  • Deal effectively with customer and staff issues
  • Be able to demonstrate good commercial awareness
  • Possess a creative approach to merchandising
  • Be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Have experience of working in a retail environment, preferably within a high volume, fast paced business

Job Offer
