The Account Manager needs hands on recruitment experience and a good understanding of the demands and pace of hourly paid, PAYE temporary recruitment. Don't worry, you won't be sourcing the candidates, you'll be managing an agency supply chain to fill the roles, your role as the Account Manager will be to coordinate and quality check the suitability of the candidates ensuring all positions are filled to the highest standard.

Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
The coordination of high volume temporary or contract recruitment projects
Liaising with external suppliers to ensure each clients needs are met
Working collaboratively to take accurate job briefs and share key information
Driving a superior service that is consistent and streamlined
Supporting on permanent roles and other admin functions of the team as required About you:
Volume recruitment experience across multiple accounts
Managed a temp desk or supported in temp/contract recruitment
A good understanding of time-sheets, hourly PAYE, Umbrella, AWR, and holiday pay
A relationship builder with great communication skills
Driven to succeed and step outside of the box
Excited by a new challenge
Can confidently work in a fast-paced environment
