Have you got experience working with SEN children? Are you looking for a role that's rewarding and a chance to utilise your skills at the best of your ability? Here are Protocol Education we are currently looking for a TA that can engage and work with a variety of different pupils with a variety of different needs.

This special academy for children and young people educates pupils aged all the way to 18 years with complex learning needs and disabilities. Some of the needs include ASD, SEMH and MLD. They were judged Outstanding' by Ofsted in February 2019 and their staff members are very welcoming!

Monday to Friday, 30 hours a week
Location: Oxford
Social Activities

To be considered:
-Good understanding of Autism
-Good listener and willingness to learn and step up when need be.
-Experience working with children with challenging behaviours.
-Ability to adapt and understand each pupil needs and actions.
