This temporary role will run for at least 1 month but highly likely to extend. Strong experience in accounts is required and you need to be either fully or part qualified in CIMA / ACCA. Leeds city centre based the firm are quite flexible with start and finish times. Varied accounts role working for a friendly firm in a niche sector.
This roles requires a minimum of 5 years experience in purchase ledger and financial reporting along with qualifications in CIMA or ACCA - full or part qualified considered. You need experience of using various finance packages, excellent attention to detail with good communication skills.
Someone with an analytical mind and strong Excel skills is essential. The role will be covering various tasks so you need to be able to switch between duties. You will be helping to audit data and tidy up post Netsuite transfer, as well as setting up records for the firm to use in the future. You will be involved in:
- investigating transactional data to ensure correct record keeping is being maintained
- reconciliation of balance sheet items
- collating and reconciling the asset register
It's a real "roll your sleeves up" and see what you can find/correct and maintain role! A great role for someone who likes variety and investigating what's going on. Obviously there's also the potential it may be longer term but would look like a very different role as time went on.
The rate is open dependent on experience and will pay more than advertised for the right candidate and for commitment. The hours are full time Monday to Friday (but as already mentioned they can be flexible on the start and finish time)
