Business Analyst - Leadership & Learning

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst - LMS Functional Owner, Leadership & Learning with a proven track record and evident experience delivering optimisation of HR tools & processes. The aim of this role & team is to enable digital end to end process delivery & platform simplification via the end-user experience.

Day rate: £(Apply online only) per day
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Contract: up to 12 months

Duties of the Business Analyst - Leadership & Learning:
* Working within an Agile framework focusing on the implementation of the LXP and the migration of employees onto the new systems
* Ensuring automation and optimization of workflow, across all applicable HR systems
* Support Subject Matter Experts with system and process issues and follow-up with SMEs to close out open process points
* Recommend process efficiencies working across various stakeholder groups supporting with knowledge and thinking where processes flow across workstream areas
* Support positive transition to an agile environment and agile working practices
* Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure processes work as designed
* Act as a HR digital expert, supporting colleagues across the business and HR in the transition to digitalization
* Drive for value add in all agreed work areas and across stakeholders, ensuring work will deliver the most value possible to HR, user experience and business

Key skills for the Business Analyst - Leadership & Learning:
* Experience in defining & documenting processes end to end
* Excellent understanding of learning & leadership practices within large businesses
* Experience with an LXP in addition to an LMS, functional knowledge be highly beneficial
* Experience working in an Agile framework regarding process design
* Proven ability of gathering and driving functional requirements and effective stakeholder management at all levels
