Central Employment are delighted to be supporting a fast growing and award-winning consumer service brand, as they look to recruit an experienced and creative Senior B2C Offline Marketing Executive.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of organisations non-digital marketing activities. You will work closely with digital teams to execute integrated marketing strategies. The work will drive the company`s sales and profit targets and develop a strong brand image.

Duties of the Senior B2C Offline Marketing Executive:-
  • Develop a strong brand image and ensure creative, communications and pricing are current
  • Analyse patterns in consumer and market behaviour. Through various research and analysis, identify areas of improvement in offline marketing strategies with a view to establishing actionable insights for improving sales and business profits
  • Develop customer personas that will enhance the Company`s ability to sell its products
  • Monitor the marketing activities of competitors and ensure all Marketing team members are made aware of this activity and how it might impact the Company`s sales activities
  • Identify new trends and emerging markets to ensure the Company stays ahead of the curve, maintains a competitive advantage, stays ahead of its competition in the market and avoids stagnation in the marketplace
  • Manage the departmental calendar in order to maximise opportunities around product launches, sales promotions and campaign activities for the purpose of maximising sales
  • Present offline marketing results to the Board on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; analyse performance for the purpose of reporting offline marketing strategy successes, weaknesses and opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with external partners who directly affect the offline marketing team`s performance
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with external agencies to ensure the Company remains competitive at all times
  • Manage all external and internal events
  • Manage and monitor the success of all offline marketing campaigns including the analysis of returning data
  • Devise and implement a social media strategy that ensures customer engagement and maximises followers
  • Analyse social media insights to guide future social media campaigns
  • Develop a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content
  • Manage the PR function, both internally and externally, with the aim of increasing media coverage
  • Develop and provide tools, resources and materials to enable the individual and corporate sales teams to function effectively
  • Financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning

Person Specification
  • Experience in all aspects of defining and implementing an integrated offline marketing strategy to secure revenue growth and increased market share for the organisation
  • Ideally have experience in marketing to both B2C audiences
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven and successful ability to lead an offline marketing team towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and market share
  • Exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to inspire team members
  • Experience in evaluating product/market situations and analysing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable marketing strategies and approaches
  • Exceptional communication skills. Ability to tailor messages in relation to the audience at hand and to present even the most complex messages in clear, simple and convincing terms. These skills must be excellent in both written and verbal form
  • A keen interest in conducting research and data-driven insights coupled with planning and a strong analytical mind
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under the pressure of deadlines and targets
  • Demonstrate calmness under stressful situations and in times of uncertainty, inspire the same in your teams
  • Demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A proven ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation including executive and C-level
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • A charismatic and approachable individual able to form strong and long-lasting relationships both internally and externally on behalf of the Company
  • Demonstrate strong time and project management skills
  • Demonstrate up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and have an eye for creative marketing opportunities
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective PR and marketing communication skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to run successful marketing campaigns
  • Ideally be degree qualified and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
