£30-40K plus commission
Our client seeks talented Account Managers with 2-5 years' experience account management / client relationship management / customer success experience within a business to business environment. Our client continues to see significant growth and is looking to add to its team.
The role will see you maintaining and building on relationships with clients, managing a portfolio of circa 200 accounts across the UK and Internationally. You will be expected to identify and develop business opportunities from your client base and provide the client with exceptional after sales support throughout their contract lifetime.
This role offers a competitive base salary with opportunities to increase basic salary with annual reviews. Additional commission is available based on retention and upsells within account base and will work out to £8-10K in year one, growing further in year two. In addition, reward and recognition programmes are in place to incentivise the teams. 21 days holiday that increased with service, free parking, on site gym, free gym classes, shower facilities and other amenities. Skills and Experience
2-5 years' experience in a similar position - Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development where managing and nurturing client accounts
Experience within technology, digital or software would be desirable
Proven sales and business development skills
You may have worked in Sales and no longer want to cold call
Confident and tenacious, be able to overcome obstacles and maintaining client relationships
Have the ability to retain business and upsell additional products to existing clients
Must be a self-starter; someone who thrives when they're achieving their goals
Be excited to learn and develop new and existing skills in a fast-paced environment
