Job Description for the Engineering Manager:

You will be leading a team of engineers, ensuring the smooth running of the factory driving improvements across the site with team performance, hygiene, quality, and new machinery. Dealing with mechanical and electrical breakdowns, budgets, and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities of an Engineering Manager:

Managing staff members up to 15 +
Full responsibility of driving performance, efficiency and health and safety within the full engineering department
People Performance Management of Engineers
Training and Development
Providing Health and Safety Practices within the site
Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) work towards achieving and surpassing agreed targets

Requirements to be considered for this Engineering Managers position:

Minimum 5 years management experience within a FMCG/Engineering department
Qualified up to HND level within Engineering
Apprentice trained within Engineering
IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
Experience of managing budgets
Contract and management
Benefits of an Engineering Manager:

Salary: £60,000

Shifts: Days - Monday - Friday

Location: Oxfordshire
