LOCATION: Preston (Initially home based, the position will move to be office based when appropriate)
SALARY: Up to £40,000 Basic (Possibly negotiable) + Annual Bonus

They're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join the business in a newly created position to form part of their existing Digital Marketing team. You'll be inheriting an already success Ecommerce channel and will take the responsibility for introducing new ideas & strategy with a goal of increasing site traffic, conversions, increased spend per customer and gaining repeat business.

The successful Ecommerce Manager will be joining an existing Marketing team consisting of 5 people and the role will report to the Head of Marketing
Working closely with the Head of Marketing to refresh the existing Ecommerce strategy, agree deliverables and execute the plan to amplify the already amazing results
Implementing an effective ecommerce strategy to increase online traffic, conversion, spend, profit, revenue and retention of the existing & new customers
Utilising own skill set, other team members and external agencies to drive traffic using SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Display Advertising, Social Media
Working closely with their biggest customer Amazon to increase revenue and collaborating with Amazon on their Amazon Prime Days and Black Friday events (only available to top sellers like this business)
Working closely with Amazon and creating campaigns & key metrics
Driving revenue & profit via Direct Consumer Traffic & other online channels
Developing plans to secure traffic acquisition, retention, LTC & CPA metrics
Working closely with external parties including affiliates, bloggers & influencers
Managing the company's online brand awareness & product campaigns
Responsible for budget planning, control and managementTHE PERSON:
Good experience working as an Ecommerce Executive who is ready for the next step or an individual who is already working as an Ecommerce Manager looking for the next challenge
Experience of working with Amazon in a commercial business environment
Previously managed (either in house or via agency) SEO & PPC campaigns
