One of my well-established Technically Advanced manufacturing clients has a new opportunity due to growth for an experienced Key Customer Account Manager.
You will be the main contact for some great National Key Accounts providing detailed quotations and improvements to contracts and services this company additionally provide - this is an very challenging customer account management role.
This role is managing existing client key accounts throughout the UK and maximising on business through excellent delivery of customer service and service account management. This is a great opportunity for you if you enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships. You thrive and enjoy the pressure that comes with working in a business development environment.
The position involves managing complex customer quotations -first point of contact with all contract customers, seeing though all account issues to resolution for the customer, customer retentions, installations liaising with engineers, enquiries with all billings and contracts, liaising with suppliers, negotiating and invoicing customers regarding their accounts, following up quotations and securing some new business deals.
Working well under pressure as you know comes hand in hand with this type of position, if you thrive working in a busy environment and react well to finding solutions for customers then I would really like to speak with you.
Negotiating the most competitive prices and terms for existing customer requirements.
Your high attention to detail and positive attitude would be welcomed with this client along with excellent administration and communication skills.
