ROLE - Software Product Manager

LOCATION - Hampshire

SALARY - £30,000 - £40,000

An innovative consultancy based in Hampshire who are going through a spell of sustainable growth are actively looking for a Software Product Manager to join their growing team. Specialising in client optimisation, this service provider have won a number of large contracts and with growth plans of over 50% are looking for a like-minded, energetic and innovative Software Product Manager to become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new software services.

The Software Product Manager will be responsible for:

Supporting the CEO on projects/tenders
Owning the relationship with the software provider
Managing contracts, updates & upgrade releases
Implementing changes & managing customer upgrades
Managing software suppliers with monthly and quarterly reviews
Training staff on the software
Developing and owning internal training information
Supporting company with internal IT matters
Managing service channels with clients

The bespoke software development is outsourced, the Software Product Manager will be customising software for clients as well as creating a mapping system.

The Software Product Manager will ideally have:

3+ years in a similar position
Degree education
Interests in IT, Technology or Finance
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with Azure
Full, clean driving licence and means to own transport

This Software Product Manager will earn a salary between £30,000 & £40,000 + benefits as well as career development.
