Adecco are delighted to represent their client in a search for a permanent Accounts/Customer Service Assistant - this is a multiskilled role split between two areas of the business, for a candidate that likes to be kept busy and have a variety of tasks.

Account Duties

Upload Transactions to Bank Scheme
Process Payments received from both UK & EU Bank Scheme
Process Credit Card Payments Received
Process Online Payments Received
Process purchase invoices
Email Bank Credit card statements to employees for authorisation and enter onto system
UK Direct Debits - Process and email all customers of deduction
Process and analyse UPS UK & EU invoicesCustomer Service Duties

Dealing with Telephone enquires from both dealers and customers
Processing orders / taking credit card payments
Stock Adjustments
