Zachary Daniels has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Central Retail Operations to join an extremely innovative, progressive and dynamic retailer who continue to grow and develop. This role will form a key part of the leadership team as they continue to grow and develop. You will be joining a vibrant, driven organisation where colleagues have a focus on being the best in their sector.
The successful Head of Central Retail Operations will be from a retail background, have experience of working both in Stores and Head Office and have experience of working cross functionally to ensure commercial and operational plans are retail ready.
The role of a Head of Central Retail Operations:
Ensure everything created for Stores is retail ready.
Work with the leadership team with solutions to provide efficiencies and sales growth in stores.
Work in collaboration with different stakeholders within the business utilising your communication and negotiation skills to develop, support and deliver multiple projects.
Communicate operational and commercial changes to the store estate.
Manage your team to improve capability, drive standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
Drive retailer engagement through an effective communication plan.
Be the conduit between Stores and Head Office, advising and ensuring commercial initiatives are maximised.
As a retail professional who has worked in both Stores and Head Office you will demonstrate evidence of working in a fast paced environment. You will have credible presence and work at all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference.
Package:
This role has a fantastic base salary circa £90-100k and a great benefits package.
