Job Details

We're seeking someone who has experience in recruiting and bookkeeping. This is a varied role with lots of exposure to the different duties within the business.

You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Duties:

* Assisting with Bookkeeping

* Helping out with Recruitment

* PA duties

* Diary Management

* Attending webinars

* Tracking and managing staff budgets and reimbursements

* Accurately producing financial reports and budgets

* Working with Payroll related matters

* Administrative duties linked to HR, such as looking after new starters, preparing induction papers etc.

Essential attributes and experience required:

* Great eye for detail

* Self motivated, driven and hardworking

* Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload

* Previous Bookkeeping experience & or Recruitment

* Previous experience or exposure to Payroll, Purchase Ledge or Credit Control

* Previous Recruitment experience

* Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
