Our client, a medium high street practice located in Bedfordshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor / CILEX to join their expanding Litigation department on a permanent basis.

The successful Solicitor will handle a mixed caseload of Litigation with a focus on Debt Recovery, Wills, Dispute Resolution, PR / Trusts / Court of Protection, Inheritance Claims, Bankruptcy, and Insolvency and Professional Negligence.

The ideal Solicitor will be 2+ years PQE with the relevant experience in a similar position, boasting strong IT skills and the ability to undertake their own business development in order to further the department. You will have proven knowledge and experience of handling a caseload from inception to completion including meeting deadlines and targets. In addition, you will also have excellent drafting and writing skills, good client care skills whilst providing professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA.

Chartered Legal Executives will also be considered.

The salary for this role is negotiable dependant on experience.
