Due to the increased global demand for their product, they need a highly experienced Growth Product Manager to help them develop a greater understanding of their user journey on both sides of the marketplace.
The key focus of this role is:
* To develop a holistic and analytical understanding of the user journey from acquisition, onboarding, retention to monetization, improving the customer experience along the way
* Ensure long term motion of repeated transactions on both sides of the marketplace
* Create appropriate activation and retention events and metrics to monitor the business, and identify untapped growth opportunities
* Help to segment the user base to focus efforts on areas which will drive growth
* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve onboarding, activation, retention and monetization metrics
The person in this role should:
* Hold a Senior Product Manager role in a high growth Software product start up
* Be an entrepreneur at heart
* Have experience of driving organic growth
* A background in strategic analysis and planning
