Job Details

This consultancy has become a strategic communications and reputation management power house over the last couple of years. At the heart of its offer is a fully integrated team of talented specialists, working across corporate reputation, public affairs, brand, crisis and issues, as well as financial communications. More recently, they find themselves winning business for major, often technology-led consumer brands requiring a shift in skills emphasis - still needing smart strategic thinking and delivery, but with the addition of real creative flair.

A couple of major business wins means they are in a position to make two key hires; a Director and an Associate Director, both with the ability to deliver creative campaigns for big consumer-facing tech brands needing to reach and stay in touch with both consumer and business audiences. It's likely that you will have built your expertise within a big agency where you will have led teams to develop award-winning, integrated campaigns for high profile, 'of the moment' clients, designing and delivering multi-dimensional campaigns that get noticed.

Tech experience would be great and depth in corporate communications are central to the offer, but this is about high impact communications, repositioning brands, managing large-scale social media and influencer relations whilst also navigating regulatory imperatives and managing reputational priorities. For this you'll need intellectual agility, creative flair and an innate ability to counsel clients through crises and key announcements.

Consistently one of the most profitable consultancies of the past ten years, it continues to grow and win business even in the toughest of times.
