As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the social/digital communications strategies, with focus on amplifying brand awareness, customer engagement and brand values across all their global channels.
You must have 2 years + experience managing global multi-channel content/social campaigns, ideally coming from a consumer background. You will also have extensive paid campaign experience, google analytics and extensive exposure to Hootsuite (or similar) social platforms. You will be articulate with excellent written communication skills and be confident talking on the phone and at different levels in an organisation.
Experience with the top five social media platforms is a pre-requisite and understanding campaign reporting whilst being able to quickly adapt to performances is also essential.
