Our Client, a growing local Insurance Broker, is looking to recruit an additional CommercialAccount Handler to join their friendly and successful team.

As Account Handler you will provide technical and client service support to the Account Executives and their clients.

Key responsibilities of the Account Handler role include:
  • Completing the administration of your Client's insurance requirements including general enquiries, renewals, new business and midterm adjustments
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries from Clients, Insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner
  • Developing and maintaining strong Client and Insurer relationships
  • Providing technical expertise across a broad range of commercial insurance business
  • Accompany Account Executive as required and attend client meetings

To be successful in this Account Handler role you will demonstrate:
  • Insurance experience with knowledge across a range of Commercial classes of business
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High level of customer focus
