Own Brands Executive
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (Salary negotiable for the ideal candidate), coupled with an excellent
Full time, Permeant
Monday - Friday , 9am to 5pm
Can be based out of the following offices (Travel required):
ST Ives, Cambridgeshire
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Nottingham, East Midland
This is a performance and development role. Reporting to the Own Brands Manager, the purpose of this role is to support with all planned and potential marketing opportunities, maintain and grow our success in relation to 'paid for leads', support implementation of Cross-Sale within Retail and provide support to the Own Brands Manager with related tasks.
The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service across a wide range of inbound and outbound calls to support the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) claims team. Demonstrating a calm, polite and confident telephone manner, following all processes in accordance with company procedures whilst demonstrating and providing key knowledge to our customers.
Support the Own Brands Manager with planned and potential marketing opportunities, including traditional/digital/events/sponsorships
Support the implementation of Cross-Sale
Monitor PPC reports which are distributed daily, highlighting any improvement or deterioration on KPI's whilst maintaining keyword targeting across campaigns.
Compile various ad-hoc MI reports relating to PPC and Lead Generation activity e.g. cause and effect, audits etc.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Understand the processes and working practices of Niche Motor Insurance
Keen eye for detail and analysis (especially regarding reporting)
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as working as an individual
Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint - intermediate.
